چکیده
Diabetic nephropathy is the most often complication of diabetes mellitus (DM). Complications diabetic can occur through several pathways, one which formation Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs) Glycated Albumin (GA). albumin (GA) a medium-term glycemic control (2-3 weeks), shorter duration than HbA1c months). The aim this study was to compare levels GA in T2DM patients with normoalbuminuria, microalbuminuria, and macroalbuminuria. This cross-sectional subjects were 105 outpatients who had been diagnosed by clinicians at Hasan Sadikin Hospital’s Endocrinology Clinic. We examined urinary per Creatinine (u-ACR) blood Increased level found 75.24% subjects. Kruskal Wallis test serum normoalbuminuria group, microalbuminuria macroalbuminuria revealed statistically significant (p <0.001), median range 15,9% (12,1-21,89)%; 20,9% (12,9-47,2)%; dan 23,1% (13,6-46,1)%. Statistical analysis showed that significantly different between macroalbuminuria, but not those (p=0.001 p=0.137, respectively). result extensive kidney damage subject, higher serum.

INTRODUCTION Since Glycated Albumin (GA) reflects short term variations and glycated protein shows degrees of hyperglycaemia, the objective of this study was to find GA and microalbuminuria as a early risk markers along with the duration of Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus in type 2 diabetic nephropathy. MATERIAL AND METHODS The present cross-sectional study included randomly selected Uncontrol...
متن کاملMicroalbuminuria among type-2 diabetes mellitus patients in Pokhara, Nepal.
Microalbuminuria is considered to be an early stage of diabetic nephropathy as well as a marker of cardiovascular disease. The aim of this study was to see the prevalence of microalbuminuria in type 2 diabetic patients and assess its association with cardiovascular risk factors among them. A total of 143 type 2 diabetic patients with the mean age of 56.06 +/- 1.08 years were analysed. The preva...

Objective: In patients with diabetes mellitus, increased rate of lipoprotein oxidation and oxidative stress have important role in diabetic angiopathy, including nephropathy. We designed a study for comparing the level of Ox-LDL in diabetic patients with Macro-albuminuria, Micro-albuminuria, versus Normo-albuminuric. Materials and Methods: One hundred and thirty five patients with type 2 dia...
متن کاملThe Ratio of Glycosylated Albumin to Glycosylated Hemoglobin Differs Between Type 2 Diabetic Patients With Low Normoalbuminuria and Those With High Normoalbuminuria or Microalbuminuria
G lycosylated albumin (GA) stands as an alternative glycemic marker when glycosylated hemoglobin measurements exhibit abnormal values owing to the various complications affecting the life span of erythrocytes (1). However, GA is affected in patients with albumin metabolism disorders such as nephrotic syndrome, liver cirrhosis, and thyroid disorders (2). Moreover, there are several reports on th...
